Micro Technologies India Limited [BSE Code: 532494], a publicly listed hi-tech software solutions enterprise based in Navi Mumbai launched its latest security product Micro Cyber Activity Remote Monitoring System (CARMS) at the hands of
Mr. D Sivanandhan, IPS, Commissioner of Police Thane.
Micro CARMS is a unique product, which enables Remote tracking of Computer systems and ensures their proper utilization. Micro CARMS, when downloaded in the remote computer system, uploads system’s activity details on to the Administrator’s computer. This would provide vital information on documents opened, URLs visited etc in the remote computer system to the Administrator. A video camera if installed in the system, would provide live image of the operator working on the remote computer.
While launching Micro CARMS Mr. Sivanandhan expressed the hope that the system like MICRO CARMS would bring in great degree of efficiency in organisation’s working and would help organizations like BPO, Call Centers, Reservation Counters, Cyber Cafés, Software Development Centers, to eliminate problems like leaking of secret information, unauthorized access to secured folders etc. He also felt that the utility would be immense of the other Security products from Micro Technologies for Vehicles, Home, Mobiles Micro VBB, Micro HSS and Micro LMTS which were also presented to Thane Police during the launch.
Micro VBB (Vehicle Black Box) and Micro HSS (Home Security System) - is an intelligent black box installed in the vehicle and Homes that instantly alerts the owner about any change in the status e.g. every time door is opened or closed. The owner can have two-way communication in case of emergency, and even stop & track the vehicle from running if an unauthorized person is using it.
Micro LMTS (Lost Mobile Tracking System) - is the easiest and most cost-effective way to secure your mobile. It is combined with the best technology allowing you to safely restore your mobile. It enables operators to locate mobiles after they have been stolen. Application has been developed in Java (J2ME), thus it works for high-end Java compatible handsets, which are prone to theft.
